Fixes

• Prevent the notification engine to send notification when the DB is not available

• When the notification is disabled using the real time listing page, the corresponding icon now appears on the concerned business activitiy

• Improve top counter behavior

• When displaying the tooltip on a business activity, the service’s output is now cut if tool long

• Prevent the configuration generation engine to display lot of warnings when the notification timeperiod is not define on users linked to business activities

• Fix dependencies configuration generation
